Personalized Hydroponic System
If we can design a portable hydroponic system that enables a time-juxtaposed growth scale of vegetables, when people are told to leave their homes, they could be given such a system as a backup plan for when there is a food blockade. This has to be carefully designed, and attached to an atmospheric water generator.

Manna-like Food Delivered via Drone Technology
Imagine people caught up in the middle of a conflict. They have been displaced from their homes. The enemy blocks donated food from arriving. Then a series of drones arrive in the middle of the pitch dark night. As daylight opens the morning, the drone opens its compartment. A biosensor triggers a cell in a blob that is in the drone's compartment. Through artificial photosynthesis, the blob begins to grow and spread. People gather around the drones and pick up the crust that is all over the ground. It is sweet tasting and light but very nutritious because the blob is a combination of sweet potato (a wonder food) and bull kelp (a wonder food from the sea).
